.Holland & Barrett - Customer Services @Hermesparcels ordered some peanut butter 10 days ago, still not here! Hermes said there was a delay but H&B said it’s been returned! Can’t have a replacement for another 5-7 days. The bloke on the phone was nice but blimey your customer service is poor.
