Really disappointed with @Dixons_Travel - bought a phone and had a hard upsell to get the expensive screen protector to prevent it cracking. It was badly applied (the edges catch and there were bubbles) and it's cracked itself after a minor bump within 36 hours.

Help Uber Support - my driver has been pulled over for not having a valid license and now I'm stranded on a motorway. Do you have an emergency contact number?!

.Uber Support @uber response to a single female being stranded on a motorway after their driver was caught without a valid license? "Wait your turn!" Incredibly grateful to the police otherwise I'd still be there 1.5 hours later.

Sincere thanks to @SussexRoadsPol who looked after me this evening during the uber incident. I didn't get names or numbers of the officers - but please can you pass on my gratitude if possible, I'm home safe now and really grateful they were there.

4 weeks ago I got in a 4.9 rated Uber - police pulled them over & the driver had no license. Uber left me by the motorway & I had to be rescued by the police as despite asking for help uber didn't care. Their safety checks count for nothing when your safety is actually at risk.
