A big part of the Screen Skills Programme for Kids is teaching 5-11 year olds the difference between the real and fake divide. The real world and and the screen world! Beyond e-safety it's more about online life skills. For the most part - ones we didn't get growing up.

All too often I get distracted when I switch on my phone A notification or a website I'd left open. Before I know it, I'm down a rabbit hole. By picking up your phone while saying you reason for doing so, in your head, you're more likely to stay focussed on your task 😃
