Why are we called "Emerald"? Its a stone of infinite patience, vision and intuition. It has soothing power, and the green colour harnesses energy of nature. As midwives, we want to embody these traits, and fully support your pregnancy and birth journey. Have a great weekend 😊

#SaferSleepWeek starts today and the theme is surviving sleep deprivation! Tiredness can be overwhelming and sometimes lack of sleep can make following safer sleep difficult. This year, we want to help parents make informed safer sleep choices even when they are exhausted.

We have been getting in touch with all women under our care. Whilst putting Emerald on hold is not ideal; right now our skills are needed elsewhere ❤ We will continue to share information as it is released. Stay safe everyone ❤

It’s our birthdaaaaay! We’ve loved our infancy, continually developing in different ways. Exploring, trying new things and we’ve loved it all. Onto our toddling years now. Special thanks to our fairy godmother Caitlin Wilson at Worcestershire Acute NHS @justinemjeffery Professor Trixie McAree

Happy new year to everyone. It obviously has been a strange time, but we are delighted to be finally up and running and supporting women and families. We love walking this path with you all, and each birth brings so much joy. Here's to an exciting 2021 xxx
