The Glen Oak Novice Speech and Debate Tournament is a wrap! 🎉 Bravo to Catherine Vaughn-Thomas and Kania Solomon for competing at their first-ever competition! Both earned great ballots. 🏆 Thanks to Coach Marlena Rozner for judging.

Last week’s student-led Hispanic Heritage Month Assembly was one to remember! From the fashion show to student highlights and the splash Sr. Tomei trivia game, our students led the way in celebrating culture, creativity, and community. ❤️

Last week’s Rosary Prayer Service was a beautiful moment of faith and reflection, led by some of our amazing student leaders ❤️ Their reverence and confidence remind us what it means to live out our Dominican values in community and prayer. 🌿

Ms. Hood's 3rd graders wrapped up a project-based literacy unit on how different environments impact people around the world.🌎 After conducting investigations and field studies, the girls even wrote opinion letters to Mr. Eiser with ideas for improving our playground! ❤️

Back in 2017, Mrs. Stoneberg’s Ohio's Natural History class took environmental stewardship to heart with their midterm project: “Compost the Campus!” ♻️

Something spooky’s bubbling in the chemistry lab! 👻 Mrs. Ungvarsky’s students used chromatography to uncover the hidden colors in black ink from a “Halloween crime scene.” 🕵️‍♀️ After analyzing four suspects, they cracked the case — science style! 🔬❤️

From page to stage! 🎭 Juniors in Mrs. Fippin’s British Literature class loved watching The Hobbit come alive at Ohio Shakespeare — complete with exciting battles, fantastic costumes, and one very ferocious dragon ❤️

Pumpkins, pumpkins everywhere! 🎃 This spooky Friday, students and staff showed off their creativity with incredible decorated pumpkins. The girls are voting on Lower School faculty pumpkins, while Upper School classes submitted theirs for judging.👻
