Juliet in our team had a great meeting today with Oliver Ryan MP, raising awareness of the issues teenagers and young adults with cancer face from the point of diagnosis. Conference has been such a great opportunity to meet new MPs like Oliver, and to talk about this vital work!
Thank you Lilian Greenwood for chatting today. It's always so great meeting with those familiar with our work, with a unit in their constituency, to talk about what we are doing to help young people.
This afternoon we welcomed Neil Gray MSP to one of our units in Glasgow to see the facilities, meet our team and some of the young people we support. We discussed specialist psychological support for young people with cancer across Scotland and how to ensure this is accessible.
