Locking back in today! I’m slowly transitioning back to the animal based diet and lifting at home. I lost around 40 lbs since last year being at my heaviest weight ever. It’s been a rollercoaster of a journey, but I’m excited to see where I end up🏋🏼‍♀️🏃🏼‍♀️
