Feel sad- study. Feel overwhelmed- study. Feel confused- study. Feel far behind- study. Feel stuck- study. Feel angry- study. Need dopamine- just study. Study, which is the pursuit of understanding is the answer to every state of being.

This reality needs me alive, focused and grounded in what I'm crafted for. I have to bet my life's time on this knowledge. I really hope it plays out, If not what is the consequence? I'd still be dissolved and discontented in the shallowness this age presents. I've placed my bet

The hard path is learning discernment: who deserves to see the full orchestra of your mind, and who only gets the chamber music version. It’s not betrayal of self; it’s strategy. Not everyone has the range to hear you without flinching.

My ego has always resisted suffering, but I’ve realised growth demands it. Nothing should be handed to me, only that which I’ve wrestled from struggle. Suffering is the door way and I must suffer consistently until my mind learns the way. Ego vanishes, just flow state.

Ronaldo refined his gifts (innate character & attributes ) so good that his godlike consistency creates the illusion of fate.

Our environment influences us significantly. It could be said that our conditioning and primary influence comes directly from our environment. In order to grow we have to regulate our environment to influence growth. I mean our motivation is always our environment.

If a burst of motivation makes you complete vital tasks, then always go for that burst more frequently and get your goals done. who told you discipline could only come from the inside? Get those dosages of motivation and get your work done. Input is all that matters!
