Adrenal malignancies are rare but often silent until advanced. A decade-long study from Oman (2014–2023) found just 15 cases, mostly women (M:F = 1:2.7), mean age 52 years. Over half showed hormonal overactivity. Early imaging & molecular insights are key to better outcomes.
