After 20 years with @Sprint, I decided to switch to AT&T. Horrible experience - for past 4 months, I am trying to get the phone I ordered and the customer service keeps creating "cases" with no outcome. I should have listened to Last Week Tonight! John, I will listen next time!

I had to deal with Uber Eats customer service today and realized how horrible it is. They have no sense of “support.” I ordered 4 bananas, and they delivered 20, and they don’t care. Maybe I was speaking with AI with bad rules set by Uber 😀

How AT&T cheats customers with #nextup scam: I was enticed to pay $6/mo for next up feature for all 5 of my iPhone 15 to upgrade after 18 months. After paying $540 over 18 months, I am told it’s cheaper to payoff my iPhone for upgrade vs using #nextup! Don’t fall for it!
