So. I hate social media, but bought a bloody expensive microwave from Hirsch’s - an LG Electronics SA, it packed up 18 month’s later. Engaged with the retailer which was futile. Now with LG and frankly what you want to charge to fix it I can buy another for. Will never buy LG again!

Just for the record, after interacting with LG Electronics SA I can confirm that their service is thorough and their products sub-standard. My view is avoid buying anything they make. It breaks down and then they rip you to repair it. Poor form all round.
