Should Environmental Health Services be centralised? Should all functions be moved to national department of health? Or should the structure remain as it is?

Centralise Environmental Health functions but not under National Departmental of Health but rather implement an independent ‘Department of Environmental Health’ so we don’t keep on reporting to nurses who don’t understand our scope of practice. Environmental Health SA Gauteng Health #HireEHPs
