It's such a great accomplishment to be a scholarship player at any level. The labels Power 5, FBS, FCS, D2, Ivy, ect should not matter. Dad's, teach your son's this at an early age buy them a FCS or D2 Jersey to wear Too many kids have Power 5 or bust mentality these days.

DISCIPLINE is doing what your coached to do not what you want to do. It’s easy to bounce the bar off the ground, not reset every rep, lose posture/position and hurry through your set. It takes DISCIPLINE to reset every rep with attention to detail and stand up with a purpose.

4 things to ask yourself at the end of each practice: 1. Was I better today, than I was yesterday? 2. Did I empower others? 3. Did I make my team better? 4. If today was my last practice ever, can I look myself in the mirror, and say; “I left it all on the field!”?
