Holy tick bite Batman! Important overlooked diagnosis: Abdominal pain, #diarrhea, nausea, with or without rash, particularly in the south, think Alpha-Gal Syndrome. This is an acquired allergy to meat due to a tick bite! Check IgE to alpha-gal. Great talk Sarah McGill
