lots of these new solidity trivia accounts (what will happen with this call, view? payable?), questionnaires and nerd snipes but often times you see a conflation of solidity and EVM which just cascades more confusion

How did these L2s that bucked in recent weeks, what was their failover model? Do they literally use one machine for L2 block production and there's no sequencer machine rotation?

wish someone, not me, would build out a time traveling EVM aka undo operations n number of opcode execs. Its not too hard actually and I was about to impl that for my macos app evm dev station. Aka go to spot of execution reverted and undo, go back a few steps, change values etc

Its so heartbreaking to me when I have to close the office door to work and my son wants to come in. I think of the chapin song `cats in the cradle` so ofc I open the door for him

reading optimism docs truly a joy , so well thought out and clear. Codebases also, so well organized and steady in their approach.

recently got a Mac Studio and I think this is my most favorite desktop machine ever. Incredibly powerful, looks beautiful and no jet engine fan noise.

Got an Alienware 38 inch monitor and my life changed , two monitors side by side sucks. Better just one extra wide monitor . The high refresh rate though made me sometimes nauseous first couple days

its interesting that you can do sstore on value that starting out 0, store whatever on it then store 0 before end and you only get charged 100 gas (assume made cheaper with accesslist up front too) So you can cause big thrashing of memory bytes and pay little gas

been trying to add another storage trie to an ethereum state account, not easy at all but fun to go into the guts of core ethereum data structures
