A lot of pay to play JR teams are aggressively pursuing kids w/18U eligibility remaining this year. Beware. You can't speed up the process. Keep in mind that for these teams hockey is a business. Many need to fill 2 rosters to stay solvent. You don't get scratched at 18U.
