Site owners are privileged with free money produced by society. Sadly this parasitic activity is still legal and sanctioned by government. A host of problems associated with land speculation, such as scarce and unaffordable homes, would melt away by migrating to AGR/LVT.

The UK tax regime places heavy burdens on things we need more of, thus reducing them: innovation, invention, trade, improvements (eg buildings, infrastructure), research, employment, wages, transport. The carnage is avoidable: migrating to AGR/LVT would cancel all such damage.
