Note: The next step in the process for constructing teams for 2025-26 is finalizing season-ending rosters for the 29 returning teams. The deadline for those lists to be submitted to the league is Sunday at 3 p.m. EDT. When they're all compiled, we'll post 'em.

Breaking news: Orlando Solar Bears has announced that head coach Matt Carkner is leaving to pursue AHL coaching opportunities. As such, the Solar Bears are in the market for a new bench boss. More details will be posted later this afternoon.

MORE about Matt Carkner's departure from Orlando Solar Bears: He spent three seasons with the team during which it qualified for the postseason twice. Prior to arriving in Orlando, Carkner (who had a 15-year pro playing career), spent five seasons as an assistant with AHL-Bridgeport.
