I agree with RT. Hon. Nabbanja Robinah. PRIME MINISTER on this. But, does Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) even care. The contractor on Najjera Rd pretended to do a few things. They would grade like 50 meters a day. Now they have totally abandoned the road- zero work going on. Sharifah Buzeki you talked big when joing KCCA. NBS Television
