A few weeks ago, I ate at Edinburgh Castle in Ancoats and it was fantastic. My pics aren’t great but it might be my new favourite restaurant in Manchester. I’m back on Sunday to confirm. The locals love it but it should be better known nationally. They’re ec_ancoats on here. 😋
