Was excited to learn that TN has digitized their vital records and any health department can provide them. Until I went to the local health department to request one for a client only to be met with suspicion and told that I’d have to get it from Nashville.

tfw you have more client requests than you have time to research. I keep telling myself that I’m going to get in some of my own research soon. No complaints though! I remember when I was lucky to get a couple clients a year.

Late to the party here but pretty disappointed that AncestryDNA only gives us 24 colors to organize our matches. This is going to require planning.

My western NC ancestors and their endogamous ways are really getting me down today. Have over 5.1k close matches on Ancestry and half seem to link back to one Hensley or another.
