Secretary, Ian Gibb, at Bowhill receiving the British Empire Medal from His Grace, Richard, Duke of Buccleuch in his role as Lord Lieutenant. Stunning location, warm, welcome, brilliant weather, great company: ceremony that was perfect. Very special day.

Celebrating 20 years community volunteering but work goes on! Heavy broken gate hauled up field: carry down another and find its different size. Should have measured + shouldn't be allowed out! Original repaired. Repeat step two with the young apprentice on a fun outing.

At the AGM we celebrated the 20th Anniversary with our very own "Oscar's" (more on Fbook) and elected office bearers again: same Chair + Treasurer. Secretary confirmed once he'd reviewed the situation. No fool like an old fool. Blame Earlston High after recent musical Oliver.
