Sunny weather makes us dream of Bavarian beer gardens. And that means Hefeweiss, which is what we're brewing today with genuine Weihenstephaner yeast imported from Europe, it'll be ready for the June barbeque. A reminder that our tappy is closed for the time being.

Today we're brewing Poca Haze v2, a hazy Northfields IPA. Hops. Loads of them in this beer. Citra, Mosaic and Centennial loaded on top of Maris Otter malt. Ready soon in cask, keg and bottle.

Soft water. Malt, hops and yeast from Bavaria and Bohemia. Cold, open fermentation. Long, cold maturation. Our Pilsner is about as authentic as you can get and a world away from mass produced "lagers".
