AFAAS is glad to host the International Fund for Agricultural Development Delegation who are on a monitoring Mission under the CAADPXP4 programme. AFAAS has been implementing the project for four years & ends Dec,2024! The Delegation will focus on the Project successes & challenges faced during the implementation period.
We are glad to discuss with the International Fund for Agricultural Development monitoring team and African Forum For Agricultural Advisory Services. the progress of #CAADPXP4 project activities in Uganda.
It was a pleasure meeting with Mr. Mohammed El-Ghazaly, the Uganda Country Director International Fund for Agricultural Development . The discussions were centered around the CAADPXP4 project Achievements in the past four years. The team was led by the International Fund for Agricultural Development Delegation from the headquarters, Italy.
Day 2 of the International Fund for Agricultural Development mission in Uganda under the CAADPXP4 project. Zirobwe Agaliawamu Agribusiness Training Association (ZAABTA) is one of the Beneficiaries of the project. Through UFAAS , the capacity of over 1,020 Youth has been built in different Agriculture Value chains.
Today, I met the UFAAS and African Forum For Agricultural Advisory Services. team along with a delegation from International Fund for Agricultural Development to discuss strategies on re energising the agricultural extension and advisory services. Agricultural extension is critical for us as a country heavily dependent on Agriculture. More to come!!
