So awesome to see the course of something we hacked up at iswc2017 and demoed at ESWC Conferences 2018. As said below: you ain't seen nothing yet! Paper at dx.doi.org/10.1007/978-3-… Thx Pieter Heyvaert for the prettiest demo poster! x.com/HeyPieter/stat… w/ Anastasia Dimou @RubenVerborgh
We are launching the 1st KG Construction Challenge at ESWC Conferences 🔊🔊🔊 Do you have a KGC engine and want to test its performance? Consider participating! Send an expression of interest ➡️➡️ 31/03 Submit your results ➡️➡️ 12-19/05 Details ➡️➡️ w3id.org/kg-construct/w…
Only 16 days until the #KGCW ESWC Conferences! ⏳📅 We are delighted to have as keynote Benjamin Cogrel, CTO and co-founder of ontopic. He will be sharing his experience with the Ontopic Studio on the construction of efficient virtual knowledge graphs for solving real-world challenges.
Mappings, a functional descriptions how to build a Knowledge Graph from a data source, are central to Ontopic's approach to maintainable #knowldege_graph construction. Benjamin Cogrel will describe our approach in more detail and how it will evolve at KGC Workshop (Inactive account) on Monday.
Mario Scrocca is presenting is his work on "Composable Semantic Data Transformation Pipelines with Chimera", co-authored by Marco Grassi, Alessii Carenini, Marco Comerio and Irene Celino
Jindřich Mynarz takes the floor to talk about "Test-driven Knowledge Graph Construction", co-authored by Kateřina Haniková and Vojtěch Svátek
Now John Das is showing his work on "Declarative RDF Construction from In-Memory Data Structures with RML", co-authored by David Chaves-Fraga Daniel Garijo and Anastasia Dimou
The last paper this morning is presented by Els de Vleeschauwer about "Reference Conditions: Relating Mapping Rules Without Joining", co-authored by Sitt Min Oo, Ben De Meester and Pieter Colpaert
To compare all systems that construct #RDF graphs, we launched a benchmark & called the different systems to provide their results! What was the benchmark? Who were the candidates? Who was the best?! What went well? What not?! Dylan Van Assche (@[email protected]) will give all the answers 😉#ESWC2023

Pretty sweet! CARML won the all-around award at the #KGCW challenge at the KGC Workshop (Inactive account) at ESWC Conferences. Try it out at github.com/carml/carml
Let's continue the #KnowledgeGraph Construction Summer Tour 2023! 🚄🧳🌞🌞 Tomorrow I'll be in @icwe2023, where I'm more than happy to give the keynote at #SWEET2023 workshop 🥳🥳 Thanks Giuseppe Loseto and Floriano Scioscia for the kind invitation! All info ➡️➡️ swot.sisinflab.poliba.it/SWEET/2023/
Last but not least! Today at @icwe2023 I'll present our last paper on #KG Construction from a human-friendly perspective! 👩💻🧑💻🦸🧝♂️🧙♂️ 📄 Full Paper: davidchavesfraga.com/outcomes/paper… ⚙️ Yatter (#Python YARRRML2RML engine): github.com/oeg-upm/yatter w/ Anastasia Dimou Ana Iglesias John Das
"The RML Ontology: A Community-Driven Modular Redesign After a Decade of Experience in Mapping Heterogeneous Data to RDF", paper accepted at International Semantic Web Conference is also proposed for the best paper award at the resources track! #iswc2023 🥳🥳🥳 Paper available ➡️➡️link.springer.com/chapter/10.100…
The moment to reveal THE #RML ontology is finally here! From the 1st presentation at #ISWC2013 to #ISWC2023 many people worked on and with extensions of #R2RML. All these works have now come together and Ana Iglesias will explain how we did it & what is now included in RML! International Semantic Web Conference
