“I’m going to stop working with my nutritionist” “Why?” “She wants me to try a lot of different things and it’s too overwhelming. I realised after 4 weeks that I’ve not even opened the nutrition plan.” Less is more. A simple plan > A sophisticated one.

I first met Josie back in 2018 at a UK Sports Institute profiling event. An approachable, self-driven, and inspiring individual, to say the least, impressions I'm sure she's also left on those whom she's crossed paths with. Highly recommended.
