I cannot say enough great things about the entire staff of the DeWitt School District! We had our Back to School Breakfast this morning and introduction of new employees! Prayers for a safe and productive school year! “ITS A GREAT DAY TO BE A DRAGON”!! #BlessedAndGrateful

Very appreciative of the men and women of Unity Missionary Baptist Church in DeWitt for feeding the teachers and staff today! The smoked pork sandwich, Baked Beans, and Lays Potato Chips hit the spot! The Homemade desserts were fire!

What another great lunch today from the men and women of First Baptist Church here in DeWitt! Baked Potato (with the fixings), Salad, and Chicken Salad (with crackers) dessert was an Oatmeal Raisin Cookie that was spectacular!!!

A final great meal provided by the men and women of First United Methodist Church for our staff today. Pork Loin, BBQ Beans, and Smoked BBQ Rice plated and served to a deserving group of educators! We have had a great week of PD activities and ready to see our students on Monday!

Tonite I conducted my first board meeting with my new district in the DeWitt Administration Board Room. Last month we were at Red Hill Hunting Club for a Work Session and the meeting followed. Proud to work with such a student focused board supporting the schools and teachers!!
