Amazing lecture this morning from a visiting lecturer.

Alexis, congratulations on completing the advanced portal hypertension, liver transplant hepatobiliary training year.

IR at the U of U has made some amazing changes the last 2 years. Adding service lines (PAD, GAE, PAE and advanced portal interventions to name a few). But the biggest changes we have made are the culture shift in our section as well as the addition of multiple senior staff.

These changes are the result of the leadership in the IR department, most importantly our section chief since December 2022, Dr Wael Saad.
