Yes we did have 6 little ducklings in our nursery! 🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆🦆😅 Not only do this experience teach our children about life cycles, growth & development. It also encouraged lovely social interactions & promoted caring/nurturing skills. We were so sad to see them go!🥚 🐣 🦆

P1A/2D had a fantastic trip to Fife Zoo today! 🐢🐍🐒 We loved learning about the lemurs and watching them have their lunch, seeing the fascinating armadillos and touching a snake! 😊

Our P7 and P1 Buddies had a lovely time playing in the sunshine together today before they become P2s and S1s! What a quick year it’s been since they met last June! ✨😍

A lovely moment, wonderful independent learning or both? 🤔 Lying down in the sun exploring shadows, manipulating her fingers to create different shapes "its a dinosaur, now its a crocodile" 🦕 🐊 We think it was both! 😍

So proud of our girls who were runners up in the S2 FifeSchoolsNetball Tournament today. The girls remained unbeaten in the groups stages of the tournament, playing some excellent netball! Unfortunately after a competitive match the girls lost the cup final 11-10 to Woodmill PE Dept 🤍

Never fail to be impressed by the learning environment Capshard Nursery its a great place to be inspired for the children, staff and parents. Always leave with a 😃 smile.

Great to hear about Capshard PS and their creative work to engage the children in their learning. Good to hear about improvements in writing attainment too. All round the school you can see evidence of learning from the nursery environment. Looking great.
