I purchased a Ruger 380 lcp from Dunham's Sports in Monroeville, PA. The magazine gets stuck halfway in and requres a few heel strikes with the hand to get in in completely. I called the store and was told that this is a "known issue" with this particluar model.

Terrible experience with Lowe's delivering damaged appliances. 3 attempts with a $1900 refrigerator and now damage discovered on a $1500 stove as it was about to be installed. Store says nothing can be done.

Purchased a YARDMAX 21 in. 170cc gas mower from Walmart . Simple to assemble but did not include the 16 oz of oil. Started on the first pull. Light and easy to maneuver. Grass was tall but the mower barely slowed down. Mulched the grass better than any mower I've owned.

An unproductive phone call with "executive customer relations" proves that Lowe's doesn't really care that their customer's appliances are damaged during delivery.

Spent $1300 on a stove from Lowe's. The stove was damaged and does not work. Lowe's refused to exchange and offers a $200 e-gift card "as a resolution" to my "concerns".
