“Breaking through the noise: Media penetration 101” is a standard seminar I do for corporate groups. I did one for the Faculty at Dillard a few years back. My former president, Dr. Walter Kimbrough, took this shot. It popped up on my Facebook memories.

I hope Brian Kelly is prepared for another press conference, where the media will ask him fair questions about why the Tigers lack the ability to consistently generate offense. Hopefully he simply answers the question this time, instead of attacking the reporter like last time.

Football Sunday with girlfriend and my family members. With the way the Saints and LSU offense are playing, I’m going to need more Heineken.

I served as debate moderator along with Mike Smith of the Times Picayune at tonight’s Mayoral Forum on Water and the Coast. All four major candidates came through. This is me looking moderate. Photo credit: Angela Chalk.

While I was in the WYES TV studio today to record an episode of Informed Sources, I ran into Akayla Bailey, Senior Mass Communications major at Dillard University. Akayla is doing her Internship at the station. It’s always great to see our Dillard students working in television.
