Give out hugs, tell people you love them, give a compliment to people, say positive things to yourself, love yourself, take care of yourself! The next day is not promised, what type of legacy, memories, impact do you want to leave behind?

Ever just wanna tell someone everything that’s on your mind, but you don’t know the thoughts yourself… let alone how they will take it. So you kinda just stay quiet and continue thinking.

Anxiety makes it hard to enjoy anything You can’t relax Your mind is reminding you of all the bad things that could possibly happen It affects you physically & there is no simple solution for it it’s having something inside you that you don’t want but it won’t leave.

It’s very hard to admit when you’re not doing so good, mainly because when we ask how someone’s doing, we kind of expect “I’m OK “. Let’s normalize really telling people how we are. We can’t say no one cares if we aren’t honest about our current situation.

Fighting anxiety is no joke…one minute you be happy, the next you get in a deep depression and the funny thing is, you don’t know why but you gotta keep going. One minute ur livin life, the next minute you don’t wanna be bothered. Whoever fighting this battle you not alone ❤️

Healing happens in phases. Everyone’s journey to heal is different. People are healing from many things. Those things can be deeply rooted. Grief happens in stages. No one has any right to dictate the length of time it takes. Take your time, feel every emotion, mend your spirit
