I had to learn to get used to being with myself. No phone. No work. No holiday planning. No house hunting. No life planning. Yoga does that. Yoga helps you get back to just being with yourself. I’m much more comfortable with myself in general as a result. Can you relate?

Highly sensitive people absorb the emotions of others really easily, so it’s important to separate your emotions from the emotions of others. E.g ‘that’s her anger, not mine’…Capture it, and let it go.
