arrived in Paris, put bike together and now we are off to Italy for the start of the Tour for Life. Thank you again to all of the donors

Day 1 Tour for Life update: 2 cols in the Alps down, just one to go today

Day 2 #Tour for Life : about to take on the famous climb of #Alpe d'Huez. Can't wait!

day2 #Tour for Life: 160 km, 4 mountains and 4th finish today after 6.5 hrs of riding and 7000 cals burned. ready for day 3.

170 km today. Winner of the King of the Mountains. First place stage three.

190 km, 9 hrs of riding in the cool, grren and rainy region of the Vosges (near the swiss border)
