Last Thursday, TBR - The College System of TN held an orientation for the 4th cohort of High Impact Practice (HIP) Ambassadors. New this year is the inclusion of university faculty to build stronger HIP connections in transfer pathways. It's going to be a great year of partnerships!

Great visit Roane State yesterday to be part of faculty convocation. I am excited to see faculty working to scale collaborative learning as a high impact practice. Thanks for your leadership, President Chris Whaley and Dr. Ward!

It's graduation season! My favorite part of my job TBR - The College System of TN is being on our campuses to celebrate! Last two days I was the Commencement Speaker at Walters State for @tonymiksa final Walters State graduation as president and was able to speak Pellissippi State Veteran recognition.

The TBR - The College System of TN study abroad program to Japan is one of the most popular for students. I got a chance to spend time with 40 students today in Tokyo as part of the administrative program this week. TnCIS

We are mid-week through the Japan Administrative Program and traveled to Nissan's training facility in Youkahama yesterday. This is a great TBR - The College System of TN group to travel with and learn from!

Spent yesterday with TBR - The College System of TN TnCIS students in Sakura, Japan. Great professional development opportunity for presidents and faculty this week to see first hand what our students are experiencing in study abroad.
