2) Our policies are put in place in order to accomplish our #TopPriority which is to keep our patients and our staff safe during the #COVID19 pandemic, especially while the case numbers continue to climb

3) Common symptoms of #Covid19 include: cough fever or chills shortness of breath or difficulty breathing fatigue muscle or body aches headache loss of taste or smell sore throat congestion or runny nose nausea or vomiting diarrhea CDC

4) IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THESE SYMPTOMS THAT BEGAN WITHIN PAST TWO WEEKS OR IF YOU HAVE HAD EXPOSURE TO KNOWN #COVIDー19 CARRIER WITHIN THE PAST TWO WEEKS, WE ASK THAT YOU RESCHEDULE YOUR VISIT UNTIL YOU HAVE HAD A NEGATIVE TEST FOR #COVID19 or you can schedule a #televisit with us

5) If these symptoms are uncovered during your visit, we will provide you with the location of nearby testing sites and reschedule your visit for a later date. We recognize that this is an inconvenience, but the safety of our patients and staff is of paramount importance to us

6) As our society returns to a more normal level of activity, we encourage all of our patients to continue the responsible public health practices of masking up in public, maintaining social distancing and frequent hand washing. Stay healthy and stay safe
