🚶‍♀️fractured finger so shifted from cycling 🚴‍♀️ to walking Bushy Park ….but completely misjudged the weather. 😎Beautiful blue skies on the way to Diana Fountain and now rain ☔️ Welcome to Spring & wearing all the wrong clothing! 🤣

Sunglasses on for Parkrun 😎 today & a social walk & talk with my nursing colleague & a good friend Meanwhile my youngest walked ahead with her primary school buddy, & her secondary school friend whizzed around in < 18 minutes⚡️ I love that there’s 5km for every age & stage 🌳

#loveparkrun thank you to the amazing volunteers who still have a smile after 1500 people have passed them and a clap 👏 as we walked over the finish line at Bushy Parkrun this morning 🌳 Lovely route to walk & talk with a teenager (even after getting up early in the holidays!)

#LondonLovesCycling where in just 15 seconds today I spotted a pedalling party on board the “pedibus”, a delivery by Pedal Me 🚴‍♀️ & several cyclists 🚴 🚲crossing London Bridge 😎 Also met some wild characters on board their bike🦒🦏🦁🐘by Tower Bridge🤣🚲❤️ London Cycling Campaign
