Some days are just meant to be unfiltered and real! Exhaustion is part of all our lives. As is stress. However you can't stress your way into infertility or miscarriage.

Politicians are trying to dictate what women can and can not do with their bodies.These attempts to chip away at reproductive rights have the potential to affect women who may have miscarriages, ectopic pregnancies and may need IVF to get pregnant. So you need to care.

Preparation for the ASRM meeting takes place well in advance of the big infertility meeting which takes occurs in October. This is hard work, preparing. It is worth it to put on a great, informative meeting that will benefit all ASRM members.

What's behind this little door? If you guessed our laboratory then you are right. Patients undergoing their embryo transfers often laugh when this little door opens up. It is small and kind of cute.

Are you in harmony? I don't think we can ever be in perfect harmony all the time in all aspects of our lives. Really, we are not striving toward perfection as perfection is elusive. What we really need to focus on, is each day, living our lives better than we did yesterday.

It's never good when it is raining on a day that you are giving a lecture at the med school. You just know that it is going to be hard for med students to get out of bed and head to class, when they could just watch me lecture from their video link on their laptop.
