‘Tragically High’ Suicide Rate Accompanies Schizophrenia Diagnosis: psychcongress.com/article/tragic… The suicide rate among people with schizophrenia disorders is 170 times higher than in the general population, according to a study published online in the journal Schizophrenia Research.
