Zipcar is nothing but a ripoff. I got a car that was nearly E. They give you a gas card but it does not work. I have spent more than an hour trying to get reimbursed, and I keep getting obdurate customer service people. Is zip owned by Avis? They do not help customers!!!!!

Thumbs down #Southwest Airlines. Not because of their changes, but because their so-called customer service simply sucks. An hour on the phone with them this morning and no results. No supervisor, no emergency number. No service. No more SWAirlines for me after I use points.

Now we have loyalty oaths. Are we going back to McCarthyism of the 1950s that sidelined WEB DuBois and ruined the career of Paul Robeson. The Orange Man is taking us back, and too many of us are silently accepting it!
