As we honor Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. today, we must also remember that the conversation that he helped lead six decades ago is not over. It’s never too late to become in tune with your community and confront the problems that exist now so that future generations may prosper.

It was a historic road to get to today, and it has finally arrived. Joe Biden takes the mantel of one of the highest positions in the world, not just the US, as Kamala Harris breaks barriers in her appointment as VP. I wish nothing but success for this administration’s endeavors.
