Middle age man presents w/ inferior STEMI. SVG-RCA culprit but nasty aneurysm. Of course this is at 2am…. Thrombectomy and stented to restore flow. ST better and patient chest pain free. Very poor native CTO option. Next step? Covered stent +/- DOAC? PCICaseBot RadialFirstBot
