Another great GUCAST. Abi/enza will be standard for de novo M0 v high risk Pca. PSMA N/M+ pts are better off with RT than RP, but RP+ePLND is good local rx for N0M0 for psa<10, young & PSM risk is low. If postop PSA<0.01 then may be cured abi+adt can wait until psa is detectable.
