Wire around tree trunk, completely suffocating the tree, Nr Swaminarayan mandir, Mansi circle, Karnavati. Complaint (Token: 08256223824) on 23rd Aug via AMC CCRS app. It's open and no action has been taken yet. Complaint on Swagat (to CMO) on 4th Sept; not showing on follow-up.
