I love that Cyclone, on Gladiators, said that she eats 4000+ calories a day. This highlights the importance of listening to your body and taking in the nutrition it needs! The "recommended" calories per day varies based on age, activity level, and individual need! #Gladiators

I am currently recruiting participants to take part in my doctoral research. If you know anybody who may be interested in taking part, please share! For more information please email [email protected] Thank you!

So fantastic to hear from the hugely inspirational Paulette Hamilton MP at #BlackHealthSummit25! Caribbean & African Health Network LDN Inspire
