Colin Robertson The better way to go is to put that old equity money into an asset that is going to appreciate & is largely liquid like $BTC. I sold my house in March 22 & got into $BTC & $SOL last year & am up over 100%. It will fluctuate but if the cycle repeats, there will be no better option
