School year kickoff with my amazing staff tomorrow. It’s crazy to think that I will only have 1 more of these with the staff at Desert Heights Elementary School.

We recently updated our vision statement, motto and core beliefs. We empower potential, We embrace diversity, We inspire growth.

This guy gets it. Before making any decisions or policies, get into the classroom. There are way too many administrators that haven’t stepped inside a classroom for a very long time.

We are finishing up our SBAC testing this week. This is how I feel about testing.
