Today is World CBT day World Confederation of Cognitive and Behavioural T CACBT/ACTCC. CBT is a cost effective, empirically- supported psychological treatment, effective for a variety of mental health and medical conditions. Economic analyses demonstrate that CBT is a good return on investment.
