When it comes to placemaking, the only thing worse than no flower planters are empty or neglected flower planters. So we just *had* to do something about these two very nice potters outside an office on Andrews St in downtown Rochester. #beforeandafter #beautification 😎

Placemaking requires stubborn persistence… and a little bit of competitive fire. Someone decided they needed the fern in the middle of this planter. So we replaced it with something even better 🤷‍♂️😎
