This #InternationalWomensDay, I honour my great grandmother, Lily Ebert, who passed away at 100 in October. She survived Auschwitz, raised five strong Jewish generations, and educated the world about her experiences as a woman in the Holocaust. They tried to erase her. She won.

My great-grandmother survived a concentration camp. To compare a solar farm to that isn’t just ignorant, it’s obscene. Will people be herded in for forced labour under threat of murder? If yes, it’s a concentration camp. If not, it’s not. It’s really not that complicated.
